  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all campus operations, ensuring alignment with vision and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee the performance and delivery of all operational functions including facilities management, catering, security, housekeeping, and other support services.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across campus.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and user experience.
  • Oversee vendor and contract management, including selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and renewals
Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred). At least 60% marks with a consistently strong academic record.
