MUST HAVE: STEEL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Position Title: Field Operator

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Experience of operating large DRI / Petrochemical/ Fertilizer Plants
Good Analytical skills
Communication skills
Plant Safety
Knowledge on understanding of P&ID’s
Minimum Education Qualifications (Must Haves) Any preferred professional training (Nice to have)
Graduate in Engineering or sciences or diploma in engineering
HYL Training
Fluent in English speaking
Computer literate, should know the use of MS Office tools
Training in Boiler operation, pumps and compressors
Professional Experience (Must haves) Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations (Nice to have)
5 years of experience in large petrochemical/ Fertilizer /Gas based DRI Plants
Gas based HYL DRI Plant Operational experience
Experience in operating large pumps, compressors, Turbines for 3 years
Field data logging and identify abnormalities
Hot Discharge HYL Plant
