- Support the Project Manager in overseeing all commercial and contractual matters on site
- Implement commercial frameworks and robust cost control measures to protect project margins
- Develop financial forecasts, manage budgets, and monitor project performance
- Identify contractual and commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead administration of head contracts ensuring compliance and governance
- Manage cash flow projections, monthly reporting, and final account settlements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for optimal outcomes
- Provide strategic support on claims, negotiations, and dispute resolution
- Mentor and guide contract administration and project teams
- Ensure adherence to legal and contractual obligations and support audit processes
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration or commercial management on large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong ability to analyse contractual and legal matters with practical solutions
- Proven experience in cost control, forecasting, and financial governance
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in dynamic project environments
- Able to commence on short notice and flexible with alternate work week arrangements
