The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple industries, including:HealthcareReal EstateConstructionCybersecurityKey Responsibilities:Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different sectorsWork closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirementsManage job postings on multiple platforms and maintain applicant databasesCoordinate and schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hiresMaintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and market trendsEnsure timely and effective recruitment processes for urgent hiring needsRequirements:Proven experience recruiting in at least three of the mentioned industriesStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesMust be currently based in Abu DhabiImmediate availability is a must
