- Lead and inspire a team of Forex Sales Agents, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Develop and adjust sales strategies in response to market changes and evolving customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and initiatives that enhance client engagement and acquisition.
- Regularly report on sales metrics, achievements, and challenges to the senior management team.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement risk management procedures and guidelines to safeguard the interests of clients and the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be a plus.
- Proven experience in forex sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent understanding of the forex industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
