Al Moosa Group of Companies (Arenco Group), was set up in 1993 for manufacturing and marketing “King Koil” branded products under license from King Koil, U.S.A. DFMC also has a license to manufacture “Serta” branded Mattresses products under license from Serta, U.S.A. DFMC is the market leader with majority market share in the premium segment of the mattress industry with the state of the art manufacturing facility at Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai. DFMC is on an expansion path and hence requires Logistics and Shipping Supervisor to handle this special assignment.Our Factory is looking for Shift Engineer in Dubai, UAE. It is a junior level engineer role and requires experience of 2 to 5 Years.Job Description
1. To supervise manpower and control production.
2. Improving the production efficiency and introducing efficient production methods.
3. Ensure all product and quality standards are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result (According to BOM, QDM Formula Cards, and Machine Standards)
4. Managing the workers according the production shift schedule and working machines.
5. Managing and estimating the required raw materials by scheduling and analysis of the system.
6. Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates and efficiencies
7. Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical). If the above is matching your profile, please share your updated profile
