We are looking for a hands-on Growth Manager to lead the launch and scale of our new premium social networking and drive user migration from our old app.This role is execution-focused. You will work directly with the CEO and product team to build growth systems, optimize funnels, and turn an existing user base into an active, monetized community. This is not a “run ads” role. This is a build, test, launch, scale role.Core Responsibilities1. Own Growth Strategy & Execution
  • Define and execute the growth roadmap for our app
  • Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Prioritize highest-impact initiatives across product and marketing
2. Lead User Migration (Critical)
  • Own the migration strategy from our previous app to the new app
  • Design incentives, funnels, and product experiences to drive conversion
  • Work with engineering to ensure seamless onboarding and data flow
3. Product-Led Growth
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Improve onboarding, UX, and conversion flows
  • Drive experimentation (A/B testing, feature launches, pricing tests)
4. Lifecycle & Retention
  • Build and optimize CRM systems:
  • Email
  • Push notifications
  • In-app messaging
  • Increase engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term retention
5. Monetization & Revenue Growth
  • Optimize pricing, packages, and subscription models
  • Increase ARPU and LTV
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within the platform
6. Data & Analytics
  • Define and track key metrics:
  • Activation rate
  • Retention (Day1, D7, D30)
  • Conversion rate
  • CAC vs LTV
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems
  • Drive decisions based on data, not assumptions
