Project Controls Manager - AECOM Middle East - Dubai, UAE

• Lead the project controls function on large and complex infrastructure and transportation projects
• Develop and support commercial strategies and participate in client and subcontractor negotiations
• Establish and maintain accurate project schedules including critical path analysis, resource loading, and leveling
• Oversee scope control, change management processes, and change order tracking systems
• Prepare and maintain project procedures, controls frameworks, and reporting standards
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for schedule or performance deviations
• Support the Project Manager in budgeting activities and incentive program management
• Review and analyze project performance data from automated project systems
• Ensure accurate progress and performance reporting aligned with project objectives
• Maintain tracking databases to align subcontractor funding with work authorizations and expenditures
• Participate in staffing decisions and resource planning for assigned projects
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Document employee performance matters and support resolution in coordination with leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in project controls leadership on large or complex projects
• Prior professional experience working in Dubai with knowledge of local construction practices
• Strong understanding of schedule management, cost control, and change management
• Experience supporting negotiations and client-facing project activities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with RTA standards and approval processes is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
