Monitor project expenditures and provide accurate cost reports
Evaluate and negotiate change orders and variations
Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects stay within budget
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate completed work
Manage procurement and purchase orders for construction materials
Analyze project risks and implement cost-control measuresRequirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Professional certification as a Quantity Surveyor is an advantage
Minimum of 2-3 years of UAE experience in a main contracting company
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costing
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Proficiency in project management and cost estimation software
