Job Description:Role: Financial Planning & Analysis ManagerReporting Line: Head of Finance OperationsRequirements:Qualified accountant with at least 5 years' experience in similar role. Must be self-motivated, have a high attention to detail, possess exceptional excel skills and have an inclusive and determined approach to getting things done. Highly analytical, and strong business acumen; proven ability to develop and manage new ideas; find creative solutions and demonstrate experience managing responsibilities from start to finish.Primary Job Purpose:Lead and mentor the FP&A Team across the MENA region, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure proactive and accurate financial analysis to support the business. Take a lead in developing and implementing a robust process for financial analysis, improving financial discipline across the firm and ensure firm policies are adhered to. Support the Head of Finance Operations to provide Partners and Business Service Directors with information for decision making in their respective scope of operations.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the Finance leadership team to formulate the business's short, medium and long term financial and strategic plans, and resource allocation across various businesses to maximise ROI on spends while achieving growth objectives.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management, billing, collection and cashflow reports.
  • Assist in the development of scorecards, measurement tools and KPIs.
  • Monitor performance, highlight opportunities and risks, and analyse drivers of performance and variances.
  • Independently prepare financial models for budgeting / forecasting / investment analysis.
  • Prepare/support ad hoc reports and analysis.
  • Active participation in special projects.
  • Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Finance leadership team.
  • Analysing financial and operational results on a monthly, quarterly and half yearly basis
  • Utilising Power BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
  • Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
  • Mentor and guide members of the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure that all reports are prepared promptly and accurately and in adherence to Firm policies and standards.
