The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our talented team of designers to develop innovative design concepts for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, hands-on experience, and mentorship in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing creative architectural concepts and designs under the guidance of senior architects.
Prepare high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials to communicate design ideas effectively.
Contribute to the preparation of concept drawings, sketches, and diagrams.
Research and integrate innovative design trends, materials, and techniques into project proposals.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and client presentations.
Support the team in generating design documentation for submissions and competitions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
0–2 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in concept design.
Proficiency in design and visualization tools, such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with advanced rendering software like V-Ray, Enscape, D5 or Lumion is a plus.
Strong design sensibility and ability to think creatively and conceptually.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the team.
