Support: perform technical and administrative duties to accomplish the assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Execute: deliver key accountabilities to ensure effective and efficient implementation of projects and assignments.
Supervise: lead and drive key projects of the department. Assign and delegate responsibilities while providing guidance and support to the team.
Manage: translate high level strategies and goals into operating plans. Provide leadership and direction to the team while managing team’s performance.
Advise: act as the strategic think-tank of the organization. Oversee multiple business operations and develop long term goals to achieve the vision and mission of the organization.

Core Accountabilities

Knowledge of quality control procedures and practices
Knowledge of testing tools and equipment
Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, drawings and diagrams.
Knowledge of quality regulations and standards
