- Independently generate 500 quality leads per month through outbound prospecting strategies
- Execute cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to convert leads into enrolled students
- Onboard a minimum of 75 students per month
- Use Go High Level CRM to manage pipelines, track outreach, and report performance
- Qualify prospects based on eligibility criteria and program fit
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversions
- Consistently hit and exceed KPIs related to lead generation and enrollments
- Provide weekly performance reports and insights to management
- Proven experience in education sector sales (EdTech, training programs, online courses, student recruitment, etc.)
- Strong outbound sales background with hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline
- Experience using Go High Level CRM (or similar CRM systems)
- Track record of achieving aggressive KPIs (lead generation & conversions)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
