Prepare the design of the mechanical systems for a wide range of infrastructure and oil & gas projects involving treatment of water and wastewater (sewage, industrial effluent and produced water), intakes and pumping stations, utilities, drainage.
Produce engineering deliverables including technical reports, written calculations, design briefs, specifications, data sheets, material requisitions, drawings, schedules, contract documentation and the like.
Follow design guidelines, standards, and procedures to effectively execute assigned work.
Adhere to assigned budgets and schedules.
Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Check compliance with QA/Safety/Environment goals.
Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Worley Quality Management System.
Safety – Responsible for personal safety and implementing safe working practices.
HSE – Understand and follow OH&S procedures.

Job Specific Knowledge:

Familiar with local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications (British, European and International standards and other construction practices).
Knowledge in the selection, design, and procurement (TBE, VDR) of the following type of equipment:

o Rotating equipment’s: API, non-API pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, air coolers, etc.o Static equipment: Tanks, heat exchangers, screens, piping, material handling.o OSBL/ Utility Packages: instrument/ process air, N2, demin water, BFW, WWTP, spent caustic treatment, drainage.o HVAC design.o Cooling water system design.QualificationsJob Specific Experience:

Minimum relevant design experience on a range of industrial infrastructure projects.
Experienced in the use of industry software.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

Experience working in the Middle East.
Experience in industrial infrastructure projects.
Experience in port and shipyard projects.
