Landscape Inspector Landscape Construction and Irrigation Works Supervision - Parsons Corporation - Dubai UAE

• Inspect landscape and irrigation construction works to ensure strict compliance with project drawings, specifications, and standards
• Maintain detailed daily records of site activities including labor deployment, equipment usage, work approvals, and rejected work
• Coordinate with contractor supervisors to monitor work progress and ensure proper execution of landscape installations
• Interface with residents and business owners near project areas to address concerns and minimize construction disruptions
• Coordinate with materials technicians for sampling, testing, and quality assurance of landscape materials
• Work with survey teams to verify line and grade of completed works to confirm compliance with project specifications
• Report contractor work methods or practices that may compromise quality or safety to the Resident Engineer
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved safety plans and site safety regulations
• Maintain records of completed works for interim and final payment documentation and as-built drawings
• Document contractor activities that may result in contractual claims or disputes
• Inspect traffic control arrangements including signage, barricades, and safety measures around construction zones
• Report site incidents and accidents immediately to project management

• Diploma in Landscape Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, or related construction discipline
• Minimum five years of experience in construction supervision of landscape and irrigation works
• Experience working on infrastructure or urban development projects within the UAE
• Strong understanding of landscape construction practices, irrigation systems, and site inspection procedures
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and coordinate effectively with construction teams
