- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in configuration management within the aerospace, defence, or UAV industry.
- In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles, processes, and tools (e.g., CMDB, PLM, PDM). Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, MIL-STD-973).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex configurations across multiple product lines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in configuration management software and tools, including experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Certification in Configuration Management (e.g., CMII, CMIIC) is a plus.
- Preferrable from Aviation Industry.
