The Financial Communications Specialist works closely with Finance, Strategy, Communications, and ADNOC Group entities to translate financial data and business performance into clear external messaging. The role supports earnings cycles, investor materials, media engagement, and market perception tracking while maintaining strict compliance with disclosure and governance frameworks.Key Responsibilities
  • Support preparation of financial communication materials including earnings announcements, market updates, and performance summaries
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy of financial terminology, data, and performance narratives in all external communications
  • Coordinate financial messaging with Finance, Strategy, and Investor Relations functions as applicable
  • Contribute to press releases, media statements, Q and A briefs, and executive talking points related to financial performance
  • Coordinate with ADNOC Group Communications on approvals, governance workflows, and reporting timelines
  • Support management of financial media inquiries in coordination with corporate communications and media relations teams
  • Monitor financial media coverage, competitor disclosures, and sector best practices to enhance communication effectiveness
  • Track analyst commentary, market sentiment, and external financial perception indicators relevant to ADNOC Drilling
  • Draft written content such as annual report sections, fact sheets, presentations, briefing notes, and performance narratives
  • Coordinate with digital and external communications teams to ensure consistent online publication and messaging
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory disclosure requirements, market rules, and ADNOC Group governance standards
  • Apply required confidentiality controls, approval processes, and sign-off procedures for sensitive information
  • Interface with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and ADNOC Group stakeholders during reporting cycles and financial events
  • Support investor-facing events such as earnings calls, conferences, briefings, and financial roadshows
  • Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and Asset Integrity Management codes of practice
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
  • Experience in financial communications, investor communications, corporate communications, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance reporting, and market disclosures
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
  • Strong coordination skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under reporting deadlines
