Job Description :Responsibilities:Lead execution of interior fit-out projects (commercial & residential)Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawingsSupervise daily site operations, subcontractors, and labour teamsEnsure all work complies with Dubai Municipality and civil defence standardsManage materials, quality checks, and timely progressConduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptlyPrepare daily/weekly progress reports for management and clientsRequirementsBachelor’s in Civil EngineeringMust have UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-outMinimum 5-8 years of relevant experienceDM approval is mandatoryStrong knowledge of site execution & authority proceduresUAE Driving Licence is required
