- Lead design strategy and documentation for major retail real estate projects
- Manage consultant engagement and design quality for all project stages
- Oversee site evaluation, design briefs, engineering feasibility, and infrastructure planning
- Conduct technical reviews of architecture, structure, MEP systems, and statutory compliance
- Drive innovation through smart design, sustainability, and modern construction practices
- Coordinate executive-level reporting and design presentations
- Support project budgeting and ROI analysis with commercial and planning teams
- Ensure timely project delivery aligned with stakeholder and regulatory expectations
- 15+ years of experience in architecture or urban design
- Deep expertise in retail malls, shopping centers, or mixed-use projects
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or Urban Design
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction, and authority requirements
- Experience preparing executive-level design reviews and reports
- Capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Background with leading real estate developers or top-tier design consultancies
