Senior Hospitality Interior Architect - Hotel and Lifestyle Projects - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE

• Develop innovative hospitality interior concepts including sketches, mood boards, and presentation materials
• Prepare detailed drawing packages including GA layouts, RCPs, sections, elevations, millwork details, and construction documentation
• Manage hospitality projects across all phases from concept to IFC documentation with minimal supervision
• Coordinate closely with architecture, MEP, landscape, and structural teams to maintain design integrity
• Ensure compliance with regional building codes, contract documents, and hotel brand standards
• Assist in preparation and review of DD and IFC packages to high professional standards
• Design within approved budgets and contribute to cost-conscious decision making
• Participate in development of hotel design guidelines and brand rollout standards
• Liaise with suppliers and review FF and E and OSE specifications
• Conduct quality checks in line with QA and QC procedures
• Proactively report risks related to cost, delays, or quality concerns
• Support leadership in achieving studio objectives and maintaining high performance standards
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to structured professional development initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline
• 5 to 8 years of experience in hospitality interior design within UAE or GCC
• Strong background in hotel, F and B, or mixed-use hospitality projects
• Proven experience working within design studios or consultancy environments
• Strong technical detailing and documentation expertise
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workflow effectively
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet demanding project timelines
