- Participate in various Digital Innovation projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Digital/BIM and project management, including IT managers.
- Utilize interactive technology and collaboration tools to transform designs, create training materials, and enhance user experiences.
- Engage with users to understand their business processes and gather comprehensive user requirements.
- Review and draft systems specifications in line with functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough systems testing to ensure flawless programs.
- Communicate and coordinate requirements with external partners.
- Prepare specific Technical Requirement Specifications for Digital projects.
- Engage in coding (if required), testing, and implementation.
- Review and create approved test plans and test specifications while ensuring quality in implementations.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Swiftly address rollout issues and provide effective problem resolution.
- Manage the software development efforts of external partners.
- Resolve interface issues between different platforms.
- Contribute to the reliability and maintainability of enterprise software solutions.
- Explore innovative technologies and assess their relevance.
- Conceptualize the use of modern technology to enhance product value.
- Report to the Line Manager with structured reporting.
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture, MEP, Civil Engineering, or a relevant diploma will provide a solid foundation.
- A passion for understanding the basics of BIM modeling and its best practices.
- A fundamental grasp of digital technologies and their application in the construction industry.
- An eagerness to learn Dynamo/Grasshopper scripting tools and the Python programming language.
- An appreciation for tools such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, and Rhino (knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D is a plus).
- An interest in Common Data Environments (e.g., Autodesk BIM360, Bentley ProjectWise, etc.).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
