- Escort guests to their tables or direct them appropriately
- Manage waiting lists and seating arrangements
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests courteously
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations/bookings
- Maintain reservation records and guest information
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Provide information about menu, services, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and reporting
- Ensure proper communication between departments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafés
- Knowledge of reservation systems or POS software
- Multilingual skills (an advantage)
