Deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3-5
Teach IGCSE and IB English Language and/or Literature
Plan and deliver engaging schemes of work
Assess and monitor student progress
Support literacy development across the school
Contribute to extracurricular activities such as reading clubs, debating, or writing initiatives
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
Degree in English, English Literature, or a related subject
Proven experience teaching English at secondary level
Experience with IGCSE and/or IB Diploma Programme preferred
Ability to start immediately
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Flexibility and commitment to a temporary-to-permanent opportunity
