- Manage P&L by forecasting revenue, gross profit, and financial performance against business goals
- Collaborate with Finance to build annual budgets and quarterly outlooks, identifying risks and driving corrective action
- Design and implement sales target models, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks across teams
- Run operational cadences like QBRs, forecast calls, and performance reviews to ensure execution and agility
- Lead data-driven forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance dashboards to inform strategic decisions
- Optimize tools and systems such as CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Tableau, and Power BI for reporting automation
- Align closely with Supply Chain teams on sales forecasting, inventory planning, and delivery execution
- Support Sales Leadership by delivering insights to shape go-to-market strategy and resourcing
- Conduct root-cause analysis of underperformance and translate insights into practical solutions
- Partner with Marketing to assess lead flow, campaign ROI, and demand generation effectiveness
- 5-7+ years of experience in sales operations, financial operations, or business performance
- Proven experience with P&L management, budgeting, and margin optimization
- Advanced proficiency in CRM tools, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable designing performance metrics, managing sales targets, and driving operational cadence
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with logistics, marketing, and finance teams
- Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems using data
- Clear communicator with executive-level storytelling and presentation abilities
