This role involves reviewing inspection standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and introducing improvements that align with the latest technologies and RTA guidelines.What You'll Do
- Prepare and implement studies to improve technical inspection processes.
- Provide technical reports, analyses, and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Vehicle Licensing Department on inspection standards and compliance requirements.
- Review and update technical inspection policies, procedures, and equipment specifications.
- Conduct gap analyses, identify risks, and propose corrective actions for service providers.
- Prepare awareness plans and training sessions for inspectors to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Evaluate technical performance of inspectors and propose improvement initiatives.
- Analyze inspection data and provide actionable recommendations for operational enhancement.
- Manage technical projects aimed at developing and modernizing inspection processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical inspection or related engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection principles and technical reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in preparing technical and executive reports.
