- Through solid and consistent business development initiatives, generate a strong pipeline of roles from current and prospective clients, converting vacancies into consistent revenue each month within the dedicated business vertical
- Consistently meet and exceed financial targets as set out via the individual BU Scorecard Metrics
- Achieve and exceed financial targets by sourcing and placing candidates within the respective vertical
- Oversee and manage any resources as assigned to ensure team targets are met and exceed (where applicable)
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both prospective and current clients
- Leverage from client relationships to build client and candidate referrals within the dedicated business vertical
- Maximise client relationships to develop opportunities that can be of financial benefit to the wider group
- Ability to engage with customers at a C-Level to develop opportunities within Executive Search
- Develop and design proposals and solutions for clients
- Manage incoming RFP’s and Tenders
- If required be competent in designing assessment centres and conducting mass hiring campaigns for customers
- Ensure suitable and relevant/quality candidate profiles are submitted to clients within 3-5 working days, with a 3:1 CV ratio per vacancy. These KPI’s can vary based on scope of work and customer requirements
- Ensure consistent business development initiatives take place on weekly basis including but not limited to sales calls and new client meetings
- Utilise the Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate information and ensure individual activity is documented within the ATS
- Manage the end-to-end process for commercial management, financial approvals, CAF and invoice creation
- Develop and implement creative and innovative marketing initiatives for business development purposes within the dedicated business vertical
- Work on client mandates through creative and innovative recruitment channels and models
- Work with the Marketing team to develop content for Transguard Social Media platforms
- Develop best practices when identifying talent for customers
- 5-10 years of UAE Recruitment experience required
- Experience recruiting at various levels from mid-management roles to c-suite positions
- Strong strategic focus on business development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of vacancies
- Successful recruitment delivery on client mandates within the dedicated business vertical, and from time to time also working on vacancies that fall outside of the dedicated business vertical
- Undertake market research and analysis in order to have a strong understanding of the dedicated business vertical within the local and GCC markets
- Undertake salary benchmarking initiatives
- Attend weekly sales meetings with new clients
- Successfully manage and foster current client relationships to build repeat business
- Conduct consistent weekly business development phone calls with clients
- Ensure all vacancies are posted on several platforms whilst implementing new and innovative recruitment methods and solutions
- Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is updated and maintained consistently to ensure accurate reporting
- If required, manage a dedicated team of Researchers/Associate Consultants/Consultants within the dedicated business vertical
