We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Retail Operations team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the retail industry, develop professional skills in a dynamic environment, and contribute to the efficiency and success of our retail operations.The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks related to store management, customer service, and data analysis for both existing stores and upcoming store openings.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Support
  • Assist in the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Support store staff with scheduling and coordination of maintenance, office supplies, and cleaning services.
Inventory Management
  • Assist in tracking shipments and monitoring delivery status.
Customer Service
  • Support stores from the head office in handling customer complaints and returns in a professional manner.
Data Analysis
  • Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and insights.
  • Assist in preparing reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer behavior.
  • Support the Head of Sales in developing strategies based on data insights.
  • Good knowledge of Excel is required.
New Store Openings Support
  • Assist in preparing and organizing retail and business documentation for new store openings.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely communication and execution of tasks.
Administrative Support
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Retail Operations Manager.
