The Financial Planning Specialist supports the development and monitoring of financial plans across the organization, contributing to effective budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and alignment with corporate strategy.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing financial planning guidelines and budgeting frameworks across group entities
  • Support review and monitoring of business plans submitted by group companies
  • Analyze financial data, production metrics, and operational inputs to generate consolidated reports
  • Prepare long-term financial forecasts and planning scenarios aligned with corporate objectives
  • Develop financial models and planning tools to support strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate with planning teams to ensure timely submission of budgets and reports
  • Assist in preparing business plan presentations and reports for senior management and committees
  • Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis reports
  • Support development and optimization of financial planning systems such as ERP and dashboards
  • Contribute to preparation of budget booklets and planning documentation
  • Coordinate recharge processes and align financial allocations across departments
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or cost analysis
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems and budgeting tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
