The Financial Planning Specialist supports the development and monitoring of financial plans across the organization, contributing to effective budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and alignment with corporate strategy.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial planning guidelines and budgeting frameworks across group entities
- Support review and monitoring of business plans submitted by group companies
- Analyze financial data, production metrics, and operational inputs to generate consolidated reports
- Prepare long-term financial forecasts and planning scenarios aligned with corporate objectives
- Develop financial models and planning tools to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with planning teams to ensure timely submission of budgets and reports
- Assist in preparing business plan presentations and reports for senior management and committees
- Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis reports
- Support development and optimization of financial planning systems such as ERP and dashboards
- Contribute to preparation of budget booklets and planning documentation
- Coordinate recharge processes and align financial allocations across departments
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or cost analysis
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and budgeting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
