Location: Abu Dhabi
Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 4-5 years
Position Type: Direct PermanentJob Responsibilities:
Reporting to: Office ManagerPreferable Dependent Visa
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES Assistant to Office Manager Assist in HR process Reception faxing and mass customer/communication supplier. ISO Assist in internal audits. Assist staff in maintaining records. Send out customer satisfaction surveys as directed. Maintain supplies monitoring register & customer complaints register. LOGISTICS Update purchase orders status, stock register, & sales orders. Monitor purchase orders (Expected date of shipment & Expected Date of Arrival or ETA) Monitor stock in warehouse. Prepares Delivery Note Filing document on their corresponding file number. QUALIFICATION: Degree SPECIAL SKILLS if any: Microsoft Office EXPERIENCE: 3 years or more office experience.
