Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 3-6 years of experience in bid coordination, tendering, or pre-contracts, preferably in fit-out or construction industry
Experience in preparing and coordinating tender submissions and bid documentation
Strong understanding of fit-out projects and construction terminology
Ability to review BOQs, drawings, and tender requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
