- Lead, train, and manage the hostess team to deliver outstanding service at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations
- Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated areas
- Manage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements
- Provide guests with information about the menu and specials
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Work closely with the family to customize service needs and preferences
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and standards
- Proven experience as a Hostess, preferably in a private or high-end environment
- Team leadership or supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in Arabic and English, other languages are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for guest service
- Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management training is a plus
- Must have prior experience in VIP airport lounges or similar high-end hospitality environments.
