Housekeeping Supervisor

• Oversee the housekeeping team and assign tasks to them
• Supervise cleaning tasks in the assigned areas
• Ensure the availability of supplies, cleaning materials as well as equipment at all times
• Train, instruct, guide and mentor the housekeeping team
• Check guest rooms as well as other public areas to ensure they are maintained according to set standards
• Respond to guest requests and complaints related housekeeping services
• Ensure the housekeeping staff members are performing their duties efficiently and effectively
• Any other related tasks as may be required

• The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of related working experience
• Must be dynamic, confident, aggressive and a forward thinking person
• Good communication and time management skills
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills required
• Must have a good understanding of housekeeping services
