- Manage relationships with key trade partners and negotiate trade terms and agreements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to the trade marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or closely related field.
- 10 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent understanding of trade marketing principles and techniques.
- Very strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
