In this role, as the Marketing Manager overseeing the Middle East region, you will play a crucial part in guiding marketing strategies to drive growth and strengthen market position. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will lead an energetic team, working closely with cross-functional partners to implement effective marketing campaigns, orchestrate product launches, and enhance brand visibility within this dynamic sector.What you'll be doing...
  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility in the FMCG sector.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and execute trade promotions, campaigns, and activations.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage relationships with key trade partners and negotiate trade terms and agreements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and support to the trade marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Who you are...
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or closely related field.
  • 10 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent understanding of trade marketing principles and techniques.
  • Very strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
