- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security teams to support site operations
- Design and implement initiatives that improve operational performance and process efficiency
- Monitor inventory flow, order processing, and dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery performance
- Lead daily operational reviews and analyze performance and risk metrics across the site
- Prepare operational plans to handle fluctuations in customer demand and peak periods
- Support innovation initiatives aimed at improving fulfillment center processes and operational technology
- Mentor and coach operational leaders to strengthen leadership capability within the organization
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience managing operational teams within logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environments
- Proven leadership experience supervising managers or team leaders in high-volume operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational metrics and performance data
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing process improvement initiatives and operational best practices
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies is advantageous
