
Coordinator - Fleet Management (Emirati)

- Manage and measure effectiveness in planning, organizing and efficiently Create and manage efficient vehicle schedules to meet operational demands
- Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to optimize routes and delivery schedules
- Monitor vehicle utilization and identify opportunities for improvement
- Handle vehicle breakdowns and emergencies, minimizing disruptions
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of qualified drivers
- Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations
- Maintain driver records, including licenses, certifications, and training
- Address driver issues and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing
- To ensure the operational efficiency in a better way
- Weekly Cleaning of all Fleets and maintained well
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations (e.g., DOT, FMCSA)
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures
- Monitor driver logs and ensure compliance with hours-of-service regulations
- Investigate accidents and incidents involving fleet vehicles
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all fleet-related activities
- Generate reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and other key metrics
- Utilize fleet management software to track and analyze data
- Prepare and submit monthly Fuel memo to finance department, during every first week of the month
- Overtime Reports of drivers to be prepared and send to each section or raising the PR and details to be sent to the transport vendor and ensure they submit their invoice first week of every month
- Monitor fuel consumption and identify opportunities for fuel efficiency
- Negotiate favorable rates with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and parts
- Track and analyze fleet expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction
- Prepare budget proposals for fleet operations
- Based on the event duration and urgency, the working hours may be increased based on the requirement from the Technical Production team
- Physical location of the workstation will be company office or any other related office
- Plus 2 Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Good communication skill
- Valid UAE driving License
- Forklift operation preferable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Include any specific previous training (both internal and external) needed to do the job
