Responsibilities:Client Experience & Front Desk Act as the first point of contact and brand representative of the studioWelcome clients warmly and ensure a professional, calm experienceHandle client queries, bookings, feedback, and concerns with discretionMaintain confidentiality of client and studio informationStudio Operations Manage class schedules, bookings, cancellations, and waitlistsCoordinate with teachers to ensure smooth class flowEnsure studio readiness before sessions (rooms, props, ambiance, cleanliness)Follow opening and closing procedures consistentlyPayments, Packages & Retail Handle cash, card, and online payments accuratelyConfidently explain class packs, memberships, and servicesSupport basic sales and upselling when appropriateTrack daily sales and retail inventoryAdmin & Systems Use CRM systems, Excel sheets, and booking platforms efficientlyMaintain accurate client records and attendance logsAssist with invoicing, reporting, and general admin tasksFollow SOPs while being able to problem-solve independentlyCommunication & Digital SupportManage WhatsApp, email, and phone communication professionallyAssist with basic social media tasks (stories, updates, responses)Can use CanvaSupport internal communication and client remindersRequired SkillsMinimum 1 year experience in reception or front desk roleComfortable using computers, CRMs, Excel, and booking systemsStrong verbal and written communication skillsOrganised, methodical, and detail-orientedPresentable, reliable, and people-focusedComfortable working in a wellness-focused, client-facing environmentExperience in wellness, fitness, yoga, or hospitality spacesFamiliarity with Mindbody, Class Pass, or similar platforms
