Assist the Outlet Manager in the planning of promotions and outlet purchases as well as revenue management according to the budget and forecasts
Be fully aware at all times of competition activities, theme nights and pricing.
Assist in managing the daily operation of the outlet under the set standards and as per the local regulations.
Recommend hiring and/or employee promotions to the Outlet Manager, and assist in the induction and training of new team members.
Assist in checking and preparing the roster for all personnel according to the forecast to ensure adequate manpower at all times under the guidance of the Outlet Manager.

Qualifications

Service focused personality is essential
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
