- Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems in the STP plant
- Assign and monitor daily work for technicians, ensuring quality and timely completion
- Troubleshoot faults and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with PM schedules, PTW, LOTO, and safety requirements
- Conduct routine inspections and monitor system performance
- Coordinate materials, update CMMS records, and report daily activities
- Work with other disciplines and maintain proper housekeeping and safe work conditions
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role, preferably in STP or industrial plants
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation) in operational environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and manuals
- Experience using CMMS for maintenance planning and reporting
- Good understanding of PTW, LOTO, confined space, and HSE requirements
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and team coordination skills
- Ability to work in plant conditions and handle emergency breakdowns efficiently
