- Employee Lifecycle & Records: Managing employee files, onboarding/offboarding, and processing visa applications, renewals, and medical insurance.
- Compliance & Labor Law: Ensuring strict compliance with UAE Labor Law regarding contracts, WPS (Wage Protection System) payroll, and, in some cases, PRO (Public Relations Officer) tasks.
- HR Administration: Processing leave, attendance, payroll data, and issuing employee documents like salary certificates and NOCs.
- Recruitment Support: Posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Office Administration: Assisting with general office operations, supplies, and staff queries. Indeed +6
- Experience: 2-4 years in similar roles, with knowledge of local labor regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with HRIS/HRMS software.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
