Application Support Technician (Arabic speaking is a Must)

• Responsible for operating, managing, and supporting all electronic systems, and providing technical support to the Client’s customers Internal and external employees and related agencies.

• Providing first-level support for all systems with the client

• 5-7 years of experience in technical support for applications.

• Team player who can coordinate and work with multiple stakeholders within the company

• Ability to work under pressure and in tight periods of time.

• He has familiarity with well-known technologies and programming languages such as Java/ .Net

• Good at presenting technical information.

• He has excellent written, verbal, and communication skills (in both languages Arabic and English)

• Bachelors degree in computer science.

• 5-8 years in computer science and related fields
