The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager across all operational areas, leads teams to achieve sales and service excellence, and assumes full store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence to ensure smooth operations aligned with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle objectives.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams to deliver excellent customer service through strong understanding of brand CX standards, customer needs, and market trends
  • Drive store teams to consistently achieve the highest levels of customer service
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with support teams and provide regular feedback to Marketing, Buying, and Planning
  • Drive sales performance and initiate business improvements aligned with KPI targets
  • Plan, manage, and implement sales promotions and brand activities, coordinating with support teams to maximize results
  • Maximize sales opportunities through clear, consistent communication with Buying and Planning departments
  • Manage store operations during the Store Manager's absence, addressing disruptions promptly and effectively
  • Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines to minimize stock loss and damage
Ideal Profile
  • Diploma or High School Certificate; qualification in a retail-related field is an advantage
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of industry experience
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment
