Job Title: Sales Executive ( E-Commerce, Fabric & Textile Fashion )Location: Al Ain, UAEGender: FemaleSalary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 (Depending on +Experience)Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive ( E-Commerce, Fabric & Textile Fashion ) with strong experience in online sales, fabric handling, and fashion design knowledge. The ideal candidate will combine commercial sales skills with a solid understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and current fashion trends to drive online sales growth, enhance customer experience, and support product positioning.   • Manage and process online sales orders with accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Handle customer inquiries across Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business professionally
  • Maintain and update website content (Shopify or similar platforms)
  • Organize and track customer orders efficiently
  • Monitor and manage fabric inventory on a daily basis
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory reports
  • Classify fabrics based on type, texture, and usage for sales optimization
  • Provide fabric recommendations based on fashion trends and customer needs
  • Support product selection and styling using fashion design knowledge
  • Assist in creating appealing product presentations for online platforms
  • Collaborate on social media marketing to increase engagement and conversions
  • Identify sales opportunities and actively contribute to revenue growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in online sales and order management
  • Strong background in fabric knowledge (mandatory)
  • Fashion design knowledge or experience (highly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms
  • Experience in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to upsell and guide customers based on fabric and design suitability
  • Experience in inventory management and reporting
  • Ability to prepare structured stock and inventory reports
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop (preferred)
  • Previous UAE sales experience is an advantage
