Senior Technical Project Manager - Dicetek LLC - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Own full lifecycle delivery of large scale banking IT programs from planning through production go live.
• Coordinate multi vendor and internal IT teams across development, testing, and production environments.
• Support RFP processes and vendor selection by providing technical delivery assessments and governance inputs.
• Define and manage technology delivery roadmaps, milestones, and inter program dependencies.
• Oversee environment readiness, cutover planning, and structured go live execution.
• Lead IT risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management.
• Drive structured governance through executive reporting, status tracking, and issue resolution frameworks.
• Ensure alignment between regional technology stacks, controls, and compliance standards.
