  • Support implementation of Asset Life Extension Management programs across onshore and offshore facilities
  • Prepare and maintain standards, procedures, and guidelines aligned with international best practices
  • Provide technical advice on civil and structural integrity matters related to extended asset life
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation teams across sites
  • Promote awareness and visibility of asset life extension risks and mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to development of reporting systems for asset life extension performance monitoring
  • Support audits and periodic reviews to ensure compliance and sustained improvements
  • Participate in internal forums to share technical knowledge and strengthen Centre of Excellence initiatives
  • Assist in planning, supervision, and coordination of discipline activities to meet functional objectives
  • Provide input into functional budgets and monitor variances for effective cost control
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in large oil and gas facilities
  • Strong background in civil and structural integrity, inspection, and maintenance requirements
  • Experience interpreting inspection reports, structural assessments, and rehabilitation studies
  • Project management experience in executing life extension studies
  • Knowledge of asset life extension systems, methods, and industry standards
  • Sound understanding of HSE principles within oil and gas operations
