It's these thoughtful touches that give our service the balance guests adore: natural and easy-going but, also friendly without being over the top.voco Dubai The Palm is conveniently located on the trunk of the manmade island while being part of the newly launched “Palm West Beach”, a trendy and vibrant spot with an array of exceptional dining concepts.Your day to dayAs a Marketing Intern, you will be assisting to in developing content for the property's social media platforms, perform basic graphic design tasks, and performing administrative duties that support the daily operations of the Sales & Marketing Department.General Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in creating attractive content ( reels, stories, still photography ) for social media platforms of the property ( Instagram, Facebook and TikTok)
  • Basic graphic design projects using Canva.
  • Performing administrative duties that support the daily operations of the Marketing Department.
  • Provide live video/photo coverage of events/promotions happening at the hotel.
  • Replying to all online review platforms and social media messages portals managed by the hotel.
  • Manage and maintain the photo and video gallery of the hotel.
  • Learn and grow in Digital and Marketing by attending in-person and online trainings, webinars provided by IHG and third parties.
  • Assist in creating social media calendars
Additional Responsibilities:In addition to the essential functions above, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the requirements of the hotel:Under the Direction of the Director of Sales & Marketing, execute any internal communication projects within the cluster and the IHG network, ensuring that the property's developments are communicated at every available opportunity.
