Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments within the UAEPrepare and review shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, and other regulatory documentsEnsure compliance with UAE customs laws, regulations, and proceduresCoordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for timely clearance of shipmentsTrack shipment status and resolve any customs-related issues or delaysMaintain accurate documentation and records for all clearance transactionsStay updated with changes in UAE customs policies and proceduresRequired SkillsMinimum 1–2 years of relevant UAE experience in Customs Clearance / Freight ForwardingStrong understanding of UAE customs rules, regulations, and documentationExperience in handling import/export documentation and clearance proceduresGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneouslyImmediate Joining preferred.
