- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence
- Handle multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing time-sensitive assignments
- Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and manage email correspondence
- Ensure smooth office operations and assist with special projects as required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and professional email communication
- Immediate joiners are preferred
