Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Officer / Sales Representative for Woodstar. The core responsibility of this role is to generate, manage, and aggressively convert sales leads for Woodstar’s primary product lines, including wood products, re-engineered wooden planks, and boards.This is a performance-driven role focused on closing large-volume, high-value contracts. All sales are conducted on a container basis, with a minimum order size of one 40-foot container.Key Performance Expectations (KPIs)
  • Consistently generate and qualify high-value B2B leads across target sectors
  • Close bulk orders on a container basis (minimum 40ft container per deal)
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets (aligned with Woodstar growth objectives)
  • Maintain a strong conversion rate from lead → negotiation → closing
  • Build and grow a pipeline of repeat clients and long-term contracts
  • Actively pursue large-scale opportunities with contractors, developers, and manufacturers
Requirements Role Requirements
  • Proven ability to close large contracts and bulk orders
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
  • Existing network within construction, fit-out, interiors, or manufacturing sectors in the UAE
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of targets, and deliver results under pressure
