Our client is an ever-growing business which has private equity backing from one of the world's pre-eminent investment firms. They specialise in providing technology services with their international HQ based in the UAE, and are looking to expand their legal function in Dubai with the search for a Legal Counsel to join the team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational team where you will report into the Regional Head of Legal for the Middle East. The work is a stimulating mix of contract management across multiple jurisdictions, as well as providing assistance on corporate transactional matters. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance relating to the multiple services provided.Applicants will be qualified as a Lawyer with experience in the GCC. It is not essential, but you would ideally have a common law background coming from an international law firm or established in-house entity with a minimum of 5 years' experience. Language skills in Arabic would be highly regarded, although not a prerequisite.Remuneration: £100,000 - £120,000 tax free.
