The role ensures compliance with fire safety standards, project timelines, quality requirements, and client specifications..Key ResponsibilitiesProject ExecutionManage end-to-end execution of fire-rated steel door projectsCoordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teamsMonitor project timelines and ensure on-time deliveryTechnical CoordinationReview and interpret shop drawings, IFC drawings, and specificationsEnsure compliance with fire rating standards (e.g., UL, BS, EN standards)Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients for approvalsMaterial & Production PlanningCoordinate material requirements with procurement teamFollow up with factory/production team for manufacturing progressEnsure correct specifications and quality of materials usedSite ManagementSupervise installation activities at siteEnsure proper alignment, fixing, and sealing of fire-rated doorsConduct site inspections and resolve technical issuesQuality & ComplianceEnsure all products meet fire rating certifications and safety standardsConduct inspections and ensure adherence to QA/QC proceduresMaintain documentation for approvals, inspections, and handoverStakeholder ManagementAct as the point of contact for clients and consultantsAttend project meetings and provide progress updatesHandle technical queries and resolve project-related issuesDocumentation & ReportingPrepare project reports, progress updates, and schedulesMaintain records of drawings, approvals, and test certificatesSupport project handover documentationQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field3-7 years of experience in fire-rated doors, steel fabrication, or construction projectsKnowledge of fire-rated door standards (UL, NFPA, BS, EN)Experience in GCC/UAE projects preferredProficiency in AutoCAD and MS OfficeStrong project management and coordination skills
